We design with empathy towards key users — their stories, their needs, their identities.

Through a hands-on approach with key users, we build from the inside out, letting the main voices shape the architecture. Every project starts with a conversation, a process of listening, seeing and acting.

In our work, creating prototypes is a tool to uncover what lies beneath the surface — subtle needs, tensions, potentials and perspectives.

We use active participation to gather information as a design tool. We search for spatial answers or provocations that speak — quietly or boldly — to the lives they might touch.

In order to get tailored designs for our clients, we work closely with all the essential users during the process. In this way, we can find and create win-win situations.
